"over the top"
These are being closed out and can be had for a really good price. It is a really basic generator, no frills, no meters no panels, just a gas tank, manual start engine, and power plugs on the engine itself.
Unit starts easily, is somewhat noisy, but not worse than others in its class.
Mine works great... I added a wheel + handle kit to mine.
