The 'BEST' Kindle 2 light!May 13, 2010 I've had this light around for a while, then I bought a Kindle2. This light fits perfectly between the case I bought and the back of the Kindle, making a very attractive pair. While the battery life isn't stellar, It does use CR2032 lithium cells, which are very-very-very inexpensive (Cheaper than both AA's and AAA's). You could purchase 25 of these batteries for under $10. With all the wrangling for a book light that fits well with the Kindle, I think people have overlooked this little gem.
Not bright enoughApr 15, 2010 I bought this a couple of years ago. At first it seemed nice and bright, but after the first several hours of use, the light started to dim, it kept getting dimmer and dimmer until I couldn't read by it at all. Even if it's just a dying battery, I don't care, I'm not putting in a new lithium battery every few hours. Even at it's brightest, the light only covers one pace and doesn't get the corners, you end up unclipping the light and holding it up like a flash light so you can read. The back cover that holds the battery falls off every time the light takes the slightest hit. Seriously, if you set it down on the table a bit too rough, the cover falls off, the battery pops out and you end up on your hands and knees with a flash light trying to find it under a piece of furniture. This book light is cheap, that's about all I can say for it.

not one of the better designsMar 30, 2010 I read in bed at night while my spouse watches TV. The bedside lamp is too low to provide enough light to read comfortably so I bought one of these. As you change pages you must remove the light and place it on the side of the book you are reading - very annoying, especially if you read quickly or would like to without having to switch the light again. I own many hardcover books and this light does not do a very good job of lighting the bottom half of a full size book. I am going to try a flexible neck type next so I can read at a normal speed without interuptions to move the light. I hope that the flex neck can be moved with a touch of the fingers to provide light where it is needed.

GREAT Book Light!!!Mar 26, 2008 This is the BEST little book light I've ever owned. It weighs next to nothing, does not tear the pages of the book, and is small enough (approximately credit card size, though somewhat thicker). I use it at home, work, and especially while traveling. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Okay lightSep 06, 2007 The light is uneven and only covers one page so that you have to keep moving it from one side of your book to the other. However, it is small and lightweight.
