Very nice!Jul 01, 2010 This lockset arrived quickly and was well-packaged and protected. It's heavy brass...very nice quality...and even makes our older storm door look good. Installation took a little longer than expected, but that's because we had to drill new holes; the old ones didn't line up. We also like the lever handle...much easier to open than a standard knob. All around great purchase.
Polished Brass LocksetJun 11, 2010 Haven't installed this product yet but I'm going to assume this will work perfectly with my screen door. This same exact product was at Home Depot for $15 more than what I paid for on Amazon.com. Shipping was free and fast too.
Excellent!!!Apr 24, 2010 It works and looks great! It replaced a Papaiz 322 lockset in a Grisham steel security screen/storm door. A few holes had to be drilled, but the modifications were quick and easy. My set was missing the spindle for a 1" door, which was of course the one I needed, but I was able to cut down one of the longer spindles with an electric jigsaw. Read the directions carefully several times before beginning installation. The more you read them, the better sense they make.
FIT THE BILLMar 26, 2010 I HAD TO CALL THE FACTORY TO DETREMINE THEIR RETURN POLICY, BUT OTHER THAN THAT THINGS WORKED BEAUTIFULLY.THE INSTRUCTION SHEET WAS A TAD DIFFICULT TO READ, BUT NOT BAD ENOUGH TO DETER ONE FROM NOT BUYING THE PRODUCT. I DO WISH THEY WOULD HAVE PUT SOME DIMENSION ON THEIR WEB SITE, BUT AGAIN, THEIR RETURN POLICY WAS GENEROUS ENOUGH I DIDN'T WORRY ABOUT IT. THEY PROVIDE A NUMBER OF EXTRA AND VARYING PARTS TO ACCOMMODATE A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT INSTALLATION SCENARIOS. VERY, VERY GOOD VALUE.

Looks & fits great, a few issues on the install.Mar 04, 2010 I agree with most of the previous reviewers - the handle looks and fits great, but took some work to get installed. I had to drill holes in my door to accommodate the new handle, which is probably to be expected since every handle will undoubtedly be mounted differently.
One frustration I ran into was with the metal bar that connects the lock to the lock switch. The instructions tell you to measure the depth of your door and break one or more pieces off of the metal bar with two pairs of pliers. You are told how many pieces to remove for a given door depth - for mine, I needed to break off one section.
Well, good luck with that. Maybe I had a bar where the groove wasn't cut deep enough, but after struggling with it for a few minutes I finally just got out the hacksaw and cut it off. When I installed the hardware, however, I found that cutting the bar to the specified length had made it too short. Fortunately, they had supplied a second bar for exceptionally deep doors. I was able to install the second bar and cut it back to the original size with my hacksaw. Once that was done, the rest of the installation fell into place. It took a little longer than I had expected, but I'm very pleased with the result.
